If you place an order with SherriSimpson.com then a legally binding contract will be formed between you and SherriSimpson.com, Sherri Simpson of Your Life Transformation. The terms of that contract are as set out here.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
SherriSimpson.com, Sherri Simpson of Your Life Transformation “we,” or “us” provides online coaching and transformational services (“the Services”) which supports users through the entire process from dreaming of owning a successful business to enrolling your first or next client. Use of the Services (including access to the Content, Live or Recorded Sessions) is subject to compliance with these Terms which incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and any end user license agreement that might accompany the applicable Service. Therefore, by accessing or using any of the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms.
ENROLLMENT
To use SherriSimpson.com, Sherri Simpson of Your Life Transformation’s Services you must have Internet access and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, and which may include payment through your account with a third party such as Stripe or Square.
LIVE SESSIONS
When booking live sessions with Sherri, we expect you to be on time, on Zoom as requested and fully prepared for your session, and using the guidance given in your email (or Facebook Messenger) confirmation for Session.
We understand that sometimes you may need to rearrange your session, we ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes to enable the session to be used by another client. If you rearrange or cancel within 48 hours, you may be subject to a loss of that week’s session.
Changes to Price
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our Services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in the Terms of Use, any price changes will take effect following notice to you.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
WARRANTY & LIABILITY
The satisfaction of our clients is Sherri Simpson’s highest priority and we are committed to providing the best tools, coaching skills and methods. The Services are provided with reasonable skill and care by a coach (or coaches) who is/are professional and experienced. The client is fully responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside of the Services provided. Your Life Transformation and its coaches are released from any liability claims and clients remain responsible for their decisions and actions during and as a result of the Service.
OWNERSHIP
All of your information will be kept in strict confidence and we shall not pass your details to any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full information. You agree that Sherri Simpson owns and retains all rights to the Services. You further agree that the Content you access and view as part of the Services is owned or controlled by Sherri Simpson and Your Life Transformation. The Services and the Content are protected.
